Cheese 'N' Veggies Pocket Paratha

A great way to fill yourself when you are on go, that is easy to carry, healthy, and enough to fulfill your hunger. Veggie paratha with cheese spread across make this paratha more satisfying with tons of vitamins and protein yet not high on calories.

Parata stuffed with fresh vegetables, cheese, and herbs inside it, makes it easy to carry in your pocket or in a backpack, while you traveling to the office, college or a nice winter picnic.

Ingredients 

  • Wheat flour 2 cup 
  • Oil 1tbs
  • Salt to taste 
  • Water as required
  • For Filling 
  • Carrot 1/2 cup (grated)
  • Broccoli 1/2 cup (grated)
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Mozzarella Cheese 1/3 cup (grated)
  • Pizza Seasoning (mixed herbs) 2 tsp
  • Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper / White Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cheese Slice (opt)
  • Oil /butter to roast
  • Salt to taste

Method 


To make this recipe we will start with the dough first. Take wheat flour to add salt, oil and knead a soft dough and let it rest for 5 - 7 mins. Now take a mixing bowl add all the veggies add grated cheese and seasonings mix everything well; keep it aside. Now take a medium size dough and roll it like a regular chapati take the filling place it on one side of the chapati, then take a cheese slice and place it on the top of the filling cover it with the other side of the chapati, and seal the edges. Heat a pan/Tawa and roast it. Your Cheese n' Veggies Pocket Paratha is ready.
