Instant Amla Ka Murabba ( Gooseberry Indian Jam) Recipe

Amla ka murabba(grated) is an Indian style of making Jam of Gooseberry, It is very easy to make with very few ingredients as it has lots of nutrient and health benefits. Amla is very rich in vitamin C thus boosting your immune system, reducing blood sugar level, Slowdown ageing and helping your heart health. Ingredients 

  • Gooseberry ( amla) 2 cups (grated)
  • Sugar 1 cups 
  • Jaggery Powder 1/2 

Method

Peel and grate Amla (Gooseberry), to make this murabba heat a pan and add sugar and grated gooseberries mix it well and cover it for 5 -7 mins mix well, you will see that sugar will start melting cover it again for another 8 - 10 mins. Now add jaggery powder it will give you flavour and colour, keep mixing till everything get dissolve and let it simmer for 8 - 10 mins till sugar syrup is thickened and then turn off the flame. Your Amla ka Grated Murabba is ready.
