Hari Mirch ki Sabzi

"Mirchi ki Sabzi" is a quick and easy side dish that goes well not only with paratha and chappati but also with rice and other Indian cuisines. It will give a spicy kick to your meal.

Ingredients
- Moti Hari Mirch 250 gms (pickle/banana)
- Onion 1 big (chopped)
- Garlic 2 - 3 cloves
- Besan 2 - 3 tbs
- Mustard Oil 3 - 4 tbs
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Dhania Powder 2 tsp
- Panch Phoran 1 - 11/2 tsp
- Hing 1/2 tsp
- jaggery powder (opt) 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Method
To make this recipe cut the green chillis in 1-inch size if you want it spicey cut with seeds if you want your sabzi less spicey you can remove the seeds. Now heat the oil and add the panch phoran masala and hing saute for few seconds. Now add turmeric, garlic, onion, dhania powder, and saute for 2 -3 mins then add the chilies. Now add salt and cover it for about 4 -5 mins. After 4 - 5 mins add besan and sprinkle some water now roast for about 3 - 4 mins roast till the besan is cooked. Now add 1/2 tsp of jaggery powder and turn off the flame, now add lemon juice and mix everything well. Your sabzi is ready.

- If you have aam ka achaar at home take 1 -2 tsp of masala from the achaar and add it to this sabzi trust me it will take the sabzi to another level.
