The Dahi Bade also known as Dahi Bhalle popularly known as in North India particularly in western UP, Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana. You will find them in every snack Kiosk/corner in this region or simply to say at every Chaat shop.
It is always challenging to make spongy and fluffy Bhalla or bade while making Dahi Bade, Today sharing an easy recipe of Dahi bade which you can master easily and though I will advise you to make them frequently so that you can master this recipe.

- Pre Soaking 4 - 5 hrs
Ingredients
- Urad Dal 1/2 cup
- Green Chillis 3 chopped
- Fresh Coriander 2 tbs
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ginger 1/2 inch grated
- Asafoetida 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
