Kababs are normally known as a non-veg dish, but today I am going to share a recipe of seasonal vegetable kabab recipe of cauliflower or simply Gobhi ke Kabab. Kabab has originated from the middle east and gradually was adopted in Southeast Asia and then all over the world. Normally cooked as meat recipe but rarely you will found them in veg variety such as Soya Kabab, Dahi Ke Kabab, Hare Bhare kabab, Rajma Ke kabab Gobhi Ke kabab and lot more than you can think about, vegetarian have a lot of variety but they don't flaunt it.
Gobhi Ke Kabab is a winter delicacy that is not only tasty but also healthy seasonal starter, whether you grill it fry it, or simply barbeque it always tastes heavenly, Sharing an easy recipe of Gobhi (Cauliflower) Kabab that you will enjoy. Ingredients
- Gobhi (cauliflower) 2 cups (grated)
- Green Chilli 3 - 4 chopped
- Fresh Coriander 3 tbs
- Besan 1/2 cup
- Rice Flour 2 - 3 tbs
- Cumin Powder 1tsp
- Amchur Powder 2 tsp
- Rock Salt to taste
- Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Method
Now add Besan or gram flour and Rice flour and make it in a semi dough form. Make small balls and give them a shape of your choice.
Heat a pan add oil and shallow/deep fry them. Your Gobhi ke Kababs are ready. Serve Hot !!

- Use as many vegetables as you can to make it super healthy.
- You can use Cheese also it will give kababs very flavorful and make kids favorite too.
