Stuffed Capsicum 

Capsicum all around the world used in many cuisines, they act as a neutralizer, add colors and taste to many main courses and starters. Often referred to as Chilli peppers, Bell peppers and more commonly as capsicum.
Stuffed Capsicum is one of the finest recipes that can be made out of Capsicum, Stuffed with mashed potato, veggies, mild spices, and herbs. You can cook it either in the oven or simply stir-fry in a pan. This recipe will provide another dimension to cook peppers.

Ingredients

  • Capsicum (medium)  3 
  • Boiled Potatoes  2 large (mashed)
  • Coriander Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Amchur Powder
  • Ginger-Garlic Crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Oil 2 - 3 tsp

Directions

Stuffed Capsicum is an healthy and tasty recipe, with very less oil used to cook them
  • Take a mixing bowl to add mashed potatoes, add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, ginger-garlic and salt mix everything well.
  • Take the capsicum, chop the capsicum into half and then deseed it to make a nice cup of capsicum.
  • Now fill the capsicum with the potato filling, the filling should be in the level of capsicum.
  • Heat a pan add oil and place the stuffed capsicum on it.
  • Close the lid and let it cook on low to medium flame for 7 - 8 mins. Stuffed capsicum is ready !!

Instant Kitchenette Tip

  • You can make these capsicums in the microwave also just bake them at 180 degrees celsius for about 10 - 15 mins.
  • To make them rich add paneer along with potatoes.
  • You can also add mozzarella cheese while baking them.
