Crispy Peanut is a quick and easy to make recipe for an instant snack, All you need is Peanuts, Gram flour and some spice, then you are good to go. this recipe you read in this blog post will surely make you satisfied.
The peanuts are coated in a batter of gram flour, that is thick and has flavors and spices, once properly coated peanuts are deep-fried. One of the quickest snacks to make, they have a shelflife of three to four weeks.

Ingredients
- Peanuts 1 cup (125 gm)
- Gram Flour 2 - 3 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Rice Flour 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Amchur Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Rock Salt to taste
- Oil 1 - 2 tsp
- Water 2 tbs or as required
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Take a mixing bowl combine peanuts, gram flour, rice flour, cornflour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala, asafoetida, salt, rock salt mix everything thoroughly.
- Add oil and mix it now add water in small- small batches and keep mixing gently till all the peanuts are coated well from all the sides (add half tbsp of water in one go)
- Now heat oil in a pan/kadhai and add the peanuts slowly in 2 - 3 batches.
- While adding them to the oil try to add them separately, fry them on low to medium flame as the peanuts are raw from inside.
- Once they are golden brown from all the sides remove them on the kitchen towel.
- Fry all the peanuts similarly. Crispy Peanuts for snacks are ready!!
Instant Kitchenette Tip
- Do not deep fry the coated peanuts.
- To enhance the taste you can add garlic or mint powder.
- Store them in an airtight container will remain crisp for a longer time.
- Sprinkle some chat masala on the top of fried peanuts to make it more chatpata.
- Always fry them 3/4 inch of oil neither shallow fry nor deep fry.
