The Beetroot Soya Kabab is a powerhouse of energy, protein and fiber-rich diet. The Color and texture of Beetroot Soya Kabab look incredible on a plate, it adds a different taste along with the health benefits, Loaded with Antioxidants these Kababs hardly have any calories. There are different options that can be used with Beetroot such as Paneer, Tofu, Chickpeas, or even with Potatoes. Shared recipes is Vegan friendly as we have not used any dairy products.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot  1 grated
  • Potatoes 2 boiled and mashed
  • Besan (gram flour) 2 tbsp
  • Soya Granules  1/4 cup
  • Kabab Masala (readymade)  2 tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander  handful
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste  1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies to taste
  • Oil as required

Directions

The Color full Beetroot Soy Kabab are mix of grated beetroot and soya granules along with mild Indian Spices and herb. They absolute powerhouse of Energy and Proteins and have amazing tastes
  • Soak soya granules in hot water for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Rinse out all the water from granules and make a coarse paste of it.
  • Heat a pan add oil add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and cook until brown.
  • Add soya granules paste and saute for 5 - 6 minutes.
  • Add grated beetroot and saute until it is cooked, and all the water is evaporated. turn off the fame.
  • Add mashed potatoes, salt to taste, and kabab masala, and bring everything together, let the mixture cool down.
  • Add roasted besan, fresh coriander give the mixture a good mix.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and wrap around toothpicks in an oval shape.  
  • Add oil to a pan and pan-fry the kababs on medium flame.
  • Serve hot with the dip of your choice.
