Ingredients

  • Curd  1 cup
  • Grapes Mixed  1/2 cup sliced
  • Cumin Powder  1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder (opt) 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Rock Salt
Seasonal fruit Grapes and Curd, Angoori raita is another way to combine fruit with curd and make it a tasty side dish with any main course and balance the plate with little sweet and sour taste.

Directions

  • In a bowl, whisk the curd with the powdered spices cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and rock salt.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning, now add the sliced grapes and stir. refrigerate the raita until chilled. It's ready to serve!!

Instant Kitchenette Tip

  • Add 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar to alane the flavour.
  • Add toasted walnuts and mint leaves to give raita a fresh flavour.
  • If you want to keep raita for a whole day, add salt right before serving.
  • Always refrigerate the raita.
