Let's beat the heat with this perfect quick and easy refreshing drink. This yummy kiwi punch is great for party and get-together, perfect refreshing drink loved especially by kids, you can add soda to give it extra fizz to drink. Your immune system will thank you if consumed this punch 2-3 times in a week.

Ingredients
- Kiwi 2
- Lemon Juice 1 - 2 tbsp
- Mint Leaves 10 - 12
- Sugar Powder 2 tbsp
- Rock Salt 1/4 tsp
- Soda/Sprite
- Ice as required
Directions
- In a blending, jar add kiwi, lemon juice, mint leaves, sugar, rock salt, and blitz till smooth.
- Fill 2 glasses with ice, divide the kiwi mix between the two glasses.
- Next top with some chilled soda or sprite.
- Garnish with some mint leaves.
Instant Kitchenette Tip
- Take any raw mango toffee/candy, make powder of it and add this powder to the kiwi punch, you will love the drink. (I know it sounds childish but do give this tip a try).
- You can use this toffee/candy powder and put a little on the rim of your serving glass too.
