Sabudana Vada/Tikki/Cutlet
Tapioca pearl and potato fritters. They're fluffier than a well-groomed bichon fried on the inside and so crispy on the outside. Sabudana Vada often termed as Sabudana Tikki or Sabudana cutlet is a popular Indian snack made with Tapioca pearl, potatoes, and mild spices. This snack is quite popular during fasting in Navratri's or any other Hindu festival. Often made completely with fasting purpose it acts as a complete meal. Shared recipes id quick and easy to make just replace salt with sendha namak for fasting preparation.

Ingredients
- Presoaked Sabudana 1 cup
- Boiled Potatoes 2
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Green Chillies to taste
- Fresh Coriander handful
- Peanuts 1/4 cup roasted
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Soak sabudana overnight.
- Prepare a paste of cumin seeds, green chilies, and coriander.
- Add this paste to presoaked sabudana, add mashed boiled potatoes, also add the roasted ground peanuts powder, add salt, and mix everything together.
- Make small balls out of the mixture, and flattened them.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them on medium to low flame until they turn golden from both sides.
- Sabudana Vada is ready to serve!
Instant Kitchenette Tip
- Shallow fry them to make them healthier.
- Replace sea salt with sendha namak for fasting purpose
