Meethi Seviyan

Meethi Seviyan / Sweet Vermicelli Pudding / Sheer Khurma Meethi Seviyan or Sweet Vermicelli is a sweet dessert made with vermicelli, ghee, sugar, dry fruits, and cardamom. A perfect one-pot sweet dessert that can be made in just 15 - 20 minutes. This is my favorite recipe of Meethi Seviyan that I have learned from my mother. On this auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan sharing it with my extended family on Social Media.  May this festival bring peace, happiness, and success for today and always. Ingredients Full Fat Milk 1 lit Sevaiya 1/4 cup Condensed Milk 1/2 can Whole elaichi pods 2 - 3 Mixed Dry fruits cashew, almonds raisins Ghee 2 tbsp Directions In a deep bottom, pan start boiling full-fat milk at medium flame, add crushed elaichi pods, and slowly bring it to boil. Let it simmer till it reduces a little and then add condensed milk to it and allow it to simmer more. In another pan, heat ghee, and fry the fixed nuts/dry fruits. keep aside. In the same pan, add the crushed Seviyan
